- Due to the handmade/custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Please be sure to review your order carefully before checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item.
- We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit if the damage is confirmed.
Lost Packages
- Once an order is marked βdeliveredβ by the postal carrier, we are unable to issue refunds.
- Please reach out to your local post office if your package is missing.
Cancellations
- Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we are unable to cancel since orders begin processing immediately.
